If you don't know anyone to introduce you to our online shop but would like to purchase products from our extensive range, please contact our Customer Service Office. Our Team will provide the information you need to help you register or buy directly from one of our Leaders. Don't hesitate to get in touch – we’ll be more than happy to help you!

After registering, you’ll receive an email with an activation link. Upon clicking on the link, your account will be activated and you’ll be automatically logged in to the online shop. You’ll also receive an email with your Login, which is a randomly assigned personal ID number (6-digit number). After logging in, you’ll be granted access to the entire product range of the SOUVRE UK online shop. What do I need, to place an order?

Regardless of the way you choose to place an order, you will need the following information:

  • Name and surname/company
  • Member ID
  • Shipping address
  • Contact phone number.

Before finalising your purchase, please double-check your information and the products you are ordering in order to avoid mistakes. If you make a mistake, please contact one of our Souvre UK Consultants for assistance.


Online order, step by step:

If you’re already registered as a Member of SOUVRE UK:

  • Log into the website by entering your ID Number (login) and a password.
  • Go to the tab SHOP ⇒ PRODUCTS. Choose the products you are interested in and add them to your BASKET.
  • STEP 1. Go to the BASKET tab.
  • You can continue shopping or view a summary of your order. Remember to make sure that your order is correct. At this point, you have the option to edit the content of your BASKET and/or to adjust your other information. Remember that you can receive points for the products you order, which will, in turn, entitle you to receive additional discounts for subsequent orders or to receive a commission. If you amass 1,000 points, you’ll be granted free shipping.
  • Verify the accuracy of your information, your chosen products, your form of delivery and payment. If all information is correct, click SUBMIT THE ORDER.
  • After this, you’ll be redirected to the delivery and payment section.
  • STEP 2. In the second step, you’ll need to verify the delivery address. If your delivery address is different from the one you provided while registering, you can change it and provide a different one. Always remember to click ‘SAVE CHANGES’ after any change.
  • If you are sure that all your information is correct, click ‘ACCEPT’, then ‘I CONFIRM’.
  • STEP 3. You’ll be redirected to the PayPal service website to complete payment for your order.
  • After submitting the order, you’ll receive an email containing all details of your shipment. If you have any concerns or questions about your order, contact our Customer Service Team.

Order shipment time

You can place orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (except the last day of the month). SOUVRE UK will process your orders on working days (but not on public holidays, Saturdays or Sundays). Orders placed on public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays will usually be shipped on the next working day.

Delivery time is usually about 2-3 working days. The maximum time for delivery is 14 working days. If you do not receive the shipment within this period, please report it to our Customer Service Office by phone or email. However, we’ll do everything we can to deliver your order the next working day, depending on the destination and the time the order was placed.
