How can I start working with SOUVRE UK Ltd?

If you were introduced to the possibility of working with SOUVRE Club by one of our Members, please contact this person in order to register and receive the necessary information.

If you do not know an existing Member, you can register online. Our Customer Service Consultant will put you in touch with a Member who is responsible for cooperation in your area and can ensure that the necessary information is delivered to you.

How can I register with SOUVRE UK Ltd?

In order to become a Member of Souvre Club, you need to complete the following steps:

a) If you choose to register online with SOUVRE UK Ltd, please proceed in accordance with the instructions on www.souvre.com (use the ‘Sign Up’ tab). Once you have filled in all required fields, you will receive an activation link to the email address you provided. Please click the link in the email to confirm your registration as a Member of SOUVRE Club. You don't need to send a hard copy of your application form to the SOUVRE UK headquarters.

b) If you have any questions or are not sure how to contact the Promoter, please contact our Customer Service team at (+44) 203 887 2892 or email us at cs@souvre.com.

How can I file a complaint?

It is important to SOUVRE UK Ltd that our customer service and products are of outstanding quality. If you have any concerns about a product you have received, do not hesitate to file a complaint to our Customer Service team. SOUVRE UK Members can use the Complaint Form in the Members Zone on our website. You can also submit complaints directly over the phone by calling (+44) 203 887 2892. If you want to email us about your complaint, drop a message to cs@souvre.com.

How can I order products?

You can order our products via the online shop at www.souvre.com. You must be registered with SOUVRE Club in order to do this.

How to register a new Member?

A new SOUVRE Club Member can be registered through the registration application available at www.souvre.com.

Click on the ‘Sign up’ toolbar and follow the instructions. It couldn’t be simpler!

 

What does working with SOUVRE UK Ltd entail?

 SOUVRE UK Ltd uses network marketing as an innovative channel for introducing products to the market. This helps to reduce the unnecessary costs associated with traditional points of sale, showrooms in shopping centres, etc. As a result, it is possible to launch products of very high quality and effectiveness at very affordable prices.

Success comes from building relationships by creating a personal network of clients who purchase Souvre products. It also comes from teaching others to do the same. We understand the power of networks and have the tools and expertise to help you build one.

Your role involves creating a purchasing network for the company by registering new users to the SOUVRE UK platform, who will make purchases for themselves, relatives or friends. As a result, thanks to you, new turnover is created for the company, whose profits SOUVRE UK shares with you and your purchasing network. Another way to earn money is by reselling products. Registering with the Club grants you access to products with a discount of up to 30%. As such, it is possible to make high margins by successfully presenting these products to others.

Am I obliged to do anything after registration?

You are not obliged to do anything after registration. You can purchase the products available in our online shop and, depending on your Status, can resell for profit or register others to SOUVRE UK. However, these actions are not required and there are no obligations. If you do not make a purchase (with or without points) within 12 months, your account will be deleted (treated as inactive) and you will NOT bear any consequences. Making a purchase of any product in a given month (with or without points) extends the period of account activity by another 12 months from the date of your last purchase.

How is Souvre UK different from other companies in the industry?

SOUVRE INTERNATIONALE products contain 100% natural collagen, a hard-to-source ingredient.

We have nothing to hide. Our Members have easy access to ingredient lists, clinical results, benefits and other product information. We explain exactly how we do business and provide detailed summaries of what Members can earn and how much work it takes to achieve a certain level of efficiency.

 

What is the difference between ‘Referrer status’ and ‘Entrepreneur status’?

a) An ENTREPRENEUR:

- conducts business activity as a self-employed person or a company

- is entitled to receive commission for providing advertising services for the network, products and the SOUVRE INTERNATIONALE brand.

- is able to build a Structure

- receives a discount of up to 30%

 

b) A REFERRER:

- does not conduct business activity as a self-employed person or a company

- is able to build a Structure  

- receives a discount of up to 30% on products

 

What is the time frame for delivery?

SOUVRE UK is obligated to ship an order within 3 business days (max,) of the order being placed. However, we make every effort to ensure that orders placed by 8:00 am from Monday to Friday are shipped the same day and delivered the next working day. Our ability to do this depends on the exact destination. For details, please contact our Customer Service.

Please note that if you opt to make a payment via eCheck, it will take up to 7 business days for the money to be credited into our account. In this case, the order will be dispatched as soon as we receive the payment.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay easily online via our PayPal or MulitiSafepay payment service. If you experience any problems during payment process, our Customer Service team will be happy to help.

How are orders delivered? How can I track the delivery?

Orders from SOUVRE UK are delivered to our Members via Parcelforce or Hermes (Northern Ireland).

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery costs depend on the destination:

1. ZONE 1 – England, Wales & Scotland (excluding Highlands & Islands) - £5.90

2. ZONE 2 – Highlands and Islands of Scotland - £14.60

3. ZONE 3 – Northern Ireland - £8.98

4. ZONE 4 – Jersey & Guernsey - £9.60

A Promoter is a person who is registered in the Structure directly above you.
