How to start to cooperate with SOUVRE UK Ltd?

If you were introduced by one of our Members to possibilities that cooperation with SOUVRE Club can give you, please contact this person in order to register and receive necessary information.

If you do not know anyone who could pass to you necessary information, you can register online  and our Customer Service Consultant will put you in touch with a Member who is responsible for cooperation in your area. So, the appropriate knowledge can be delivered to you. 

How can I register with SOUVRE UK Ltd?

In order to become a Member of Souvre Club, you need to fulfil the following steps:

a) If you choose an online registration with SOUVRE UK Ltd please proceed in accordance with the instructions on www.souvre.com (use ‘Sign Up’ tab). Once you fill in all required fields, you will receive an activation link to previously indicated (given) email address. Please click the emailed link to accept the registration in SOUVRE Club. You don't need to send hard copy of your application form to SOUVRE UK headquarters.

How to file a complaint?

An outstanding Customer Service and quality of our products are the priorities to SOUVRE UK Ltd. If you have any concerns about received product, please do not hesitate to file a complaint to our Customer Service team. SOUVRE UK Members can use a Complaint Form located on our website, in the Members Zone. You can submit complains directly by the phone at (+44) 203 887 2892. How to register a new Member?

Registering a new SOUVRE Club Member is possible through the Registration Application available on the website www.souvre.com.

Click on "Sign up" toolbar and follow the instructions. It's easy-peasy.

Am I obliged to do something after registration?

After registering and purchasing the Starter Kit or the MINI Starter Kit, you are not obliged to do anything. You can purchase our products available in the online shop and depending on your Status, you can earn on the margin or register others to SOUVRE UK, however, this is not required. There are no obligations. In a situation where you do not  make any purchase (with or without points) within 12 months, your account will be deleted (it will be  treated as inactive) and you DO NOT bear any consequences. Making a purchase of any product in a given month (with or without points) extends the period of account activity by another 12 months from the date of your last shopping.

- Entrepreneur is required to purchase a Starter Kit or Mini Starter Kit. For providing advertising services of the Network,   Products and the SOUVRE INTERNATIONALE Brand, the Enterpreneur is entitled to receive a Commission
- can build a Structure
- receives up to 30% discount


- does not conduct business activity as a self-employed person or a company
- the Referrer is required to purchase a Starter Kit or Mini Starter Kit and is entitled only to a Marketing Plan Discount
- can build a Structure   
- receives up to 30% discount on products

What is the delivery time frame?

From the moment of placing the order, SOUVRE UK has the right to send a parcel max. within 3 business days, however, we make every effort to ensure that every order placed from Monday to Friday by 8:00 am, is sent the same day, and the delivery takes place on the next working day. It depends, however, on the exact destination. For details, please contact our Customer Service.

Please note that if you decide to make a payment via echeck method it will take up to 7 business days for the money to be credited into our account. In this case, the order will be dispatched as soon as we receive the payment.

What are the ways to pay for the order?

You can pay online using Paypal or MulitiSafepay payment service. If any problem occurred during payment please let our Customer Service Team know about the issue. They are more than happy to help you.

How are the orders delivered and how can I track the delivery?

Orders from SOUVRE UK are delivered to our Members via Parcelforce or Hermes (Northern Ireland).
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery cost depends on the destination:

1. ZONE 1 – England, Wales & Scotland (excluding Highlands & Islands) - £5,90
2. ZONE 2 – Highlands and Islands of Scotland - £14,60
3. ZONE 3 – Northern Ireland - £8.98
4. ZONE 4 – Jersey & Guernsey - £9,60
